Marco Antonio Chavez was a promoter and had an active participation as author of the reform to the Constitution of his State, Jalisco (Mexico), to include the Right for Culture and the Cultural Rights for everyone in 2014. He was also part of the process of the 2014 reform of the Heritage Law in Jalisco.
