In 2019 Magdalena Rodríguez served as an advisor of Mara Robles, Local Representative at the Congress of the State of Jalisco and President of the Commission of Education, Culture and Sports. During her period of service she participated in the analysis of the current state of policy framework in the state of Jalisco, including cultural policy. She also led the 1st Participatory Dialogue event that hosted 180 experts of academy, public and private sector in education to discuss the general reform of education in 2019.
