Design, piloting, impact evaluation and scalability of the ROLE Model: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for young people at risk. Project supported by USAID and implemented with a collective impact approach. The scalability model involves training and accompaniment to local actors (NGOs, schools and governments) for the implementation of the ROLE Model of cognitive behavioral therapy for the prevention of youth violence. Model has been replicated in 4 states in Mexico and recently started expansion to Jamaica.

Relevance: Demonstrates our capacity to frame and develop sound research processes to address various cultural/societal problems using scientific method, experience designing and delivering large scale development programmes as well as experience working with international, minority groups (youth at risk in this case) and underrepresented audiences.
